FAQs and Tips
Summer program registration opens on Saturday, March 1st, at 8 a.m. Since programs fill up quickly, here are a few tips to ensure a smooth registration process for programs at Pablo Center. These programs are open to students entering grades 3–10 in fall 2025.
What program does Pablo Center use for registration?
We use Coursestorm to manage program registrations. Coursestorm has recently been updated, so the registration process may look slightly different if you haven’t signed up for a class in a while. We recommend creating or updating your account ahead of time to familiarize yourself with any changes.
Can I create an account ahead of time?
Yes! This year, we created a “test class” so you can set up or update your account before March 1. Use the link below to verify your student(s) information, including grade and school for fall 2025:
https://pablocenter.coursestorm.com/course/pre-registration-test-registration
💡 Tip: After you click Check Out, but before selecting Complete Order, you will have the option to review and update your student’s details. Scroll down to find the Update Answers link to make any necessary edits.
What information should I have available on March 1?
To ensure a smooth registration process, have the following ready:
✔ A list of preferred classes, ranked by priority in case some fill up.
✔ Your Coursestorm login information.
✔ If signing up through a school district partnership:
-
Know which school district your student(s) will attend in fall 2025.
-
Have your student’s school ID number ready.
✔ If registering as "Other School District":
-
Have a credit card available for payment.
✔ A fully charged computer and access to
What if my student is switching schools or I don’t know which district they will be in this fall?
If your student is switching schools or districts, please make sure you enter the correct district for fall 2025 during registration.
âš Important: If you enter the wrong school district, your current district will NOT cover the registration fee, and you will either need to pay or be moved to the waitlist for the correct district.
If I put a class in my shopping cart, is it reserved for me?
🚨 No. Placing a class in your cart does not guarantee your spot.
To improve your chances of securing a spot, we recommend registering for only a few classes at a time rather than adding all of them to your cart at once.
(Coursestorm does not currently plan to change this feature.)
Why do I need to register under the correct district?
Pablo Center has partnership agreements with:
-
Eau Claire Area School District (ECASD)
-
School District of Altoona (SDA)
-
Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District (CFAUSD)
Each district has a limited number of seats reserved for students. If you sign up under the wrong district, we must correct the error. However, if all seats are filled, we cannot simply switch your student over—instead, they will be moved to a waitlist for the correct district.
💡 If you’re unsure, contact your district before registering!
How do I find my student’s ID number?
If you live with the boundary for ECASD, SDA, or CFUASD your student’s unique Student ID number can be found here:
ECASD: Located in Skyward or by contacting the ECASD Enrollment Office during normal business hours.
CFAUSD: Contact the school office
SDA: Contact the school office
If your student is outside of these districts, you do not need to provide a Student ID.
How do I register if I am not in one of the three partner districts?
If your student is not in ECASD, SDA, or CFAUSD, register through the "Other District" button here: https://www.pablocenter.org/learn/summer-programs/non-affiliated-school-district
Cost: $75–$85 per class, per student. Please see link for price per class. Summer Classes 2025
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel after paying for a class, see the policy below.
What is your cancellation policy?
If your student(s) cannot attend a class:
-
Notify Pablo Center at least 7 days before the class start date to request a refund.
-
If you cancel fewer than 7 days before the start date, you will NOT receive a refund.
-
If you paid via credit card, you will be refunded minus the service fees.

How do I update my student's information (grade, school, etc.)?
If your student’s info is out of date, you can update it before you complete your order for a class.
Once you select a class and click Check Out you will see a page with a button that says Complete Order. BEFORE you click that button, click the View Details text. On the new page that pops up you can scroll down below your student answers to see Update Answers. The info for your student should be in there and you can adjust grade, school, etc. Once you update answers you should be able to save and then click the complete order button.
